Cancelation Policy

There is a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure a birthday party slot. If you need to cancel your birthday party, the balance minus $50 will be refunded IF the party is cancelled 1 week or more before the party date. If less than 1 week from the date, none of the payment is refundable. If you need to rebook your birthday party, it can be rebooked at no cost as long as it is requested at least 48 hours or more before the party date. If a rebooking is requested less than 48 hours, the $50 deposit is forfeited and an additional $50 will be paid to secure the new spot. If the shop is closed due to inclement weather, the payment will be applied toward another available party date or refunded in full.
